Reebok Freestyle - Museum Recap
Reebok hit the jackpot with their aerobic Freestyle high top and we rewind the clock to take a look at some of the best remakes of the shoe formally known as the 'chicken head'. Originally introduced in 1982, the Freestyle took Reebok into the coveted number one spot, beating out forerunner Nike and giving them a mega run for their money. Accounting for a half of the 'Bok's entire sales, the Freestyle celebrated their 30th anniversary in 2012 proving the staying power of the silhouette. With well-known street brands such as Married To The Mob and Alife collaborating and creating their own version of the sneaker, the Freestyle will remain forever fresh in the hearts of active Sneaker Freakettes for years to come it seems.
