Rumoured Release Date: The Air Jordan 11 ‘Cool Grey’ is Back for 2021
It’s been one of the favourites in the lineup for years, and now the ‘Cool Grey’ is predicted to be making a long-awaited return in 2021. It was speculated that the comeback would take place this last year, but those rumours were a few months back. In the latest development, it looks like the release will arrive in full family sizing.
You can expect the 2021 version to be dressed in a ‘Medium Grey’, white, and ‘Cool Grey’ colour scheme, just like the OG from 2001, and the last retro in 2010. Speculation indicates that the upcoming rendition will also sport a higher-cut patent leather, while the familiar white Jumpman, laces, and midsole will return. And, of course, the trademark icy translucent outsole will be found down below.
As far as the materials go, the final build could feature a suede upper, much like the OG. However, there’s also a possibility it could be made of mesh, similar to the version back in 2020.
Yet to be confirmed, the Air Jordan 11 ‘Cool Grey’ has been rumoured to hit shelves on December 11, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the colourway. The retail price tag is set at $220.
