One part of Jones’s life that is not always in the spotlight though is his sneaker collection! He’s a massive sneakerhead and was the mind behind the iconic . This year, he’s partnered with auction house to sell some of his most prized possessions and work. This is all for a good cause, with all proceeds going to the World Land Trust, an international charity that protects the world’s most biologically significant and threatened habitats.

‘Kim is a brilliant excavator of history and a visionary of the future,’ Pharrell said. ‘What sets him apart is his understanding that true luxury is deeply rooted in culture. He’s building more than just fashion - he’s creating a platform for artists, including myself, to be part of this journey.’

In among one-of-one samples, prototypes and collaborative work with Travis Scott, Hajime Sorayama and Fragment are two Air Jordan 1s that are sure to have sneakerheads excited. The first needs no introduction and is the Dior x Air Jordan 1, which has a starting bid at $5000. The second AJ1 is from 1985 and is the legendary ‘UNC’ colourway that was inspired by Michael Jordan’s legacy at the University of Carolina.
