A Second Union x Nike Dunk Low Colourway Has Been Revealed!
If you're a fan of , the or both, this week's probably been a good one for you. Official images of the in blue surfaced recently, and now we've been given a look at a second colourway – one that features a mix of icy neon green and rich navy blue, that, if the box is any indication, is inspired by airline tickets.
Two-tone colour-blocking is used on the upper, and each piece is covered by a gridded pattern. Special embellishments are served by Union's Frontman graphic on the lateral heel, the brand's familiar yellow tag on the quarter panel and a special yellow hangtag as well. There's also a super-sized Frontman that can be seen under the icy blue sole.
Though the shoe itself may not readily tout its inspiration, the box makes the ethos behind the design fairly clear. The patterns and colours are inspired by old-school printed airline tickets, which the box nods to directly with text that indicates its 'fare basis', 'place of issue' and 'flight number', among other hits.
If you're looking to take a trip with these Union x Nike Dunk Lows, you'll likely have to wait until 2022 to do so as a release date has yet to be announced. When they do drop, they'll likely be priced at $150.
