In 2020, Salehe Bembury and New Balance dropped their first 2002R dubbed 'Peace Be The Journey'. Inspired by the natural world, it enjoyed an impressive lead-up and major celebrity co-signs, selling out instantly. On the back of that success, we weren't surprised that the duo linked up once more, again touching the 2002R silhouette.

An incredibly unique colourway, it's been given the name 'Water Be The Guide', and has been inspired by Havasu Falls in Arizona. Similar to the last campaign, actor Jesse Williams has been enlisted to showcase the colab. While the colours have changed, the construction of the 2002R remains relatively the same, with a wide mesh base and shaggy suede overlays. Bembury has also plastered his name across the lace keeper, making his mark.

The duo haven't wasted any time with this release! Shorty after a teaser was posted, the full release roll-out began, and June 22 has been locked in as the drop date.
