Zack Bia Brings ACG Vibes to the Nike Air Max Pulse

DJ/Promoter and co-founder of Field Trip Recordings, Zack Bia has been delving into sneaker collaborations over the past few years. After collaborating with ASICS on GEL-Kayano 14 in limited numbers in 2022, Bia has an upcoming take on the Nike Air Max Pulse which we hope will see a wider launch.

Nike debuted the Air Max Pulse in cohesion with Air Max Day 2023, with Bia’s take featuring a zippered shroud, giving off Nike ACG Air Dri Goat vibes. The blacked-out sneaker features mesh and nubuck on the upper with detailing inspired by a DJ’s CDJ setup. Air Max and Bia’s initials are seen on the tongue and zipper, from the knobs seen on a mixer with the Zb logo taken from Nike’s Tn logo.

Red Swooshes are seen on the lateral side with the heel featuring FTR branding for Field Trip Recordings and channel mixer decals are seen on the heel. A beefy Air Max 270 unit is used in the heel with a Play/Pause logo on the midsole’s forefoot and black and grey is used on the outsole.

Details are still unknown whether the Zack Bia x Nike Air Max Pulse will get a public release or be for friends and family, but keep it locked to Sneaker Freaker for any updates.
