Arts-Rec x Nike SB Collection in the Works

Staple and fixture of the San Diego, California skate and sneaker community Arts-Rec is set to release a collection this year. Founded in 2018 by skateboarding vet Kellen James, Arts-Rec is more than a go-to destination for footwear: it is a space for community. While no images are available yet, early information indicates the sneakers will be dressed in tonal hues. The Dunk is expected in ‘Khaki/Amber Brown’ and the Air Trainer 1 dons ‘Earth/Dessert Sand’. These sneakers, which Sneaker Market RO first reported, are expected to be released in mid-2025. The Air Trainer 1 was not originally designed as a skate sneaker, its inclusion in the pack could point to plans to rework it similar to the For that, and the story Arts-Rec will tell with these sneakers, fans will have to wait.
