Stussy’s Snakeskin Converse Chuck 70 Is Deadly

OG Southern California surf imprint continue to bring a tide of influence to the sneaker and streetwear community. Still immensely popular among the younger generation, Stussy have collaborated on a mountain of footwear projects in recent years.

Their latest partnership involves the crew at and the classic Overhauling the uppers with a deadly snakeskin print and leather, the reptilian pattern actually consumes Converse’s circular logos on the lateral side entirely, while the medial sides are emblazoned with Stussy’s Western-esque star iconography – an aesthetic touch also carried through to the tongue tags. Interestingly, the All Star logo actually appears on the heel interiors. On the insoles, classic Stussy typography is featured. Other than that branding, the streetwear Goliath has largely left the Chuck 70 intact. Down below, classic Chuck 70 OrthoLite cushioning is utilised.

Of course, it’s not Stussy's first rodeo with the Chuck 70. Most recently, they linked up with Converse in March for a pair of hairy suede Chuck 70s. The Stussy x Converse Chuck 70 is slated to land via Stussy's channels on October 11, with a wider Nike release on October 18.
