adidas Lift the Lid on the P.O.D.SYSTEM

just lifted the lid on their biggest contribution to 2018 so far. We’ve heard mumblings, we’ve seen leaks, but now here it is direct from the source: this is the P.O.D.SYSTEM.

The new shoe represents a tipping point in adidas design. It takes 90s running technology and arms with it present-day running-tech weaponry. A ‘Point of Deflection System’ powers the design, combining an EVA forefoot, BOOST heel and Point of Deflection bridge to encourage natural motion.

Supports allow for colour pops at the arch and heat-welded branding strips weight, lending a part racing flat, part bionic 350 V2 vibe.

The inaugural colourway elevates timeless black and white with hits of lime green and baby blue.

Early adopters can find the P.O.D.SYSTEM at adidas Originals stores from June 16.
