adidas Y-3 Unveils The Chunky And Futuristic Kaiwa

Fall 2018 lineup has produced one of Yohji Yamamoto’s most eye-catching silhouettes to date — enter the Kaiwa.

No surprises here, as black and white is used throughout the shoe. A black leather and neoprene upper joins an extra-tall white tongue boasting a debossed Y-3 branding. Another logo patch can be found on heel, while a chunky white midsole adds to the futuristic aesthetic.

You can pre-order the Y-3 Kaiwa now at Barneys, with an expected delivery date in October coinciding with the brand’s fall collection release.
