Release Details: adidas Yeezy 450 'Utility Black'

Yeezy SZN is approaching! Kanye West and adidas are set to kick August off with Yeezy Day, the annual celebration of all things Yeezy footwear, and one of the key styles set to release is the Yeezy 450 in 'Utility Black.' It's been teased since much earlier this year, but since there's less than a week to go until it touches down in earnest we've been given official drop info!

The 'Core Black' just might be the colourway that wins the masses over. The 450's design – cooked up by 'master futurist' Steven Smith – has proved somewhat divisive, due to the sharp, intense look supplied by its spiky midsole and low-slung sock upper. However, when presented in all-black, these features are given an interesting air of forward-thinking subtlety that's not too far off from some of Y-3's monochromatic stylings. They may be loud and unique, but the stark shade turns down the volume a few notches!

As mentioned above, the adidas Yeezy 450 'Utility Black' is set to release on Yeezy Day, August 2. It'll be available via the CONFIRMED app, Yeezy Supply and the adidas Yeezy webstore, and is priced at $210.
