Air Jordan 10 (Doernbecher)
Nike's is prepped to hit stores again, and that means a fleet of clever kiddy designed heat is coming our way. The charity initiative celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, and Nike has recruited a talented bunch of Doernbecher patients to make it a memorable range. The lucky fella who gets an Air Jordan silhouette to work with this year is Daniel Pena, who said he "kind of freaked out" with happiness when he was told he'd be designing an Jordan 10. Daniel opted to forge a black beast with an icy outsole, the first clear outsole on a 10 ever, and doused the upper in a bit of video game-inspired blood and gore and a camo print. A like-minded hat and hoodie is also going to market too if the shoe isn't your steez. The Limited Edition Doernbecher Collection will be sold at and at Nike retail locations across the country November 9th, with all proceeds from sales of the collection benefitting OHSU Doernbecher.
