The Air Jordan 4 ‘Black Canvas’ is Bad to the Bone
It doesn’t get much more iconic than Originally taking flight in 1989, the supersonic silhouette continues to soar across our skies in 2022, with the latest Air Jordan 4 ‘Black Canvas’ a testament to the model’s indomitable blueprints.
Somewhat reminiscent of highly coveted x Air Jordan 4 from 2015, the murdered-out colourway makes some notable adjustments to the classic formula. For starters, the Jumpman on the tongue and heel is no longer embroidered but instead replaced with a standard patch and emblem. Elsewhere, the support wings are predominantly manufactured with TPU, while the forefoot panelling features luxurious suede around the toe box.
Finally, the signature canvas trims and multi-coloured sole unit are replaced by a classic black, white and grey arrangement.
Male sneakerheads have been patiently waiting (read: salivating) for the ‘Black Canvas’ for quite some time following the colourway landing in a women’s exclusive edition earlier this year – something we love to see.
