The Charging Air Jordan 6 ‘Toro Bravo’ Sees Red at JD Sports
Inspired by the annual Running of the Bulls event in Pamplona, Spain, 2009 ‘Raging Bull’ Pack is still an adrenaline rush to this day. Riding shotgun with during his aerial attack on the longtime rivals Detroit Pistons, the Air Jordan 6 maintained cruising altitude thanks to its pop culture cameos on the feet of (aka The Fresh Prince). And given that Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls charged to their first championship in the Air Jordan 6 in 1991, it’s only fitting that this Bulls-esque colourway appears as a follow-up to the iconic ‘Raging Bull’ Pack.
This iteration of the championship-clinching Air Jordan 6 receives the same premium ‘Varsity Red’ suede as its ‘Raging Bull’ predecessor. The model’s palette is tamed by hits of inky black across the tongue, collar lining and midsoles. Icy translucent outsoles pay homage to original design blueprints, while the black and red ‘spoilers’ on the heels supercharge the German sports car-inspired model.
The ‘Toro Bravo’ is ready to cause a stampede at on June 24, coming through in both men’s and grade-school sizing.
