UPDATE: Here we go fam, we're starting our day in a galactic way with the first official look at the upcoming Air Jordan 7 'Marvin the Martian'. Peruse the flicks and prepare yourself for these to drop on Nike.com and select Nike accounts, including Livestock, from March 7.

After a stellar year of drops in 2014, this year marks the 23rd birthday of the – so expect a stack of AJ7 freshness and OG glory to arrive over the next 12 months. The kiddies will be well served too, because this silhouette has a lot of potential to get colour crazy, exhibited perfectly by this so-called 'Marvin the Martian' colourway. We see flashes of orange and green, redolent of the little fella's costume, and slashes of baby blue and grey add some fun contrast. The guts of the sneak beast are all-black though, and that subdued hue keeps it in the realms of sneaker sanity – one more colour and this thing would be a straight-up lunatic. Word is, Jordan Brand will be rolling with calling the release 'Barcelona Nights', not 'Marvin' (ain't paying no Looney Tunes royalties, c'mon son) in tribute to MJ's world beating Olympics in 1992.
