UPDATE: Jordan Brand finally dropped official images of the upcoming 'Remastered' Bordeaux VIIs, the 'Remastered' is in quotations marks because despite the price hike, the mildy improved quality is still nothing to brag about. Like other AJ7 releases, the tongue pattern is updated just slightly while the outsole is the same as the 2011, but the rest of the sneaker stays true to the original 1992 model. Set your alarm clocks on the 18th of July, these Jordan Brand releases are getting harder and harder to get ahold of, and this one will be no exception!
Uncork a bottle of your finest claret – a true OG is returning to the Air Jordan 7 throwback party to quench your thirst! The so sophisticated 'Bordeaux', with its rich and delicious tones of burgundy, blue and yellow laid on a tidy black and grey-blocked upper, is due to pile up at sneaker cellars from July 18. It hasn't been a particularly agonisingly long break between drinks – we last saw the Bordeaux served fresh from the yards – but it has definitely matured graciously and those who missed out last time are gonna savour every last drop (of sweat off their feet) this time around.
