Debuted in Melbourne at the Sneaker Freaker x x , the GEL-KINETIC FLUENT sneaker proves to be the quintessential combination of tech and style. The model takes inspiration from two archival models from the 2010s, the GEL-KINETIC and the GEL-FLUENT, but implements modern tech and materials to level up the wearability and bring it into 2024.

Working from the bottom up, the GEL-KINETIC FLUENT borrows the midsole tooling system that features on the , with its Scutoid GEL technology and FF BLAST PLUS ECO cushioning providing unparalleled comfort that still has a springy step. The upper has been created with the techy Y2K aesthetics of its precursors, with welding structures and the eyelet construction coming straight from 2010. Sleek modern materials are combined with the design to add depth and texture that are then elevated with colour. Two iterations have been debuted so far, with the first taking on an inky black and purple palette that features a dash of pink and the second going more utilitarian with an army green, black and silver make-up. To top it all off, the GEL-KINETIC FLUENT comes in unisex sizing and is made up with at least 20 per cent recycled materials.
