BEAMS and New Balance Slip On the 2002R Mule

Japanese retailer and brand BEAMS have been on a clog/mule kick as of late. Coming off a collaboration with Salomon on the RX Slide 3.0 recently and with colabs with Reebok and Crocs, respectively, on mules and clogs, it’s not a surprise that they have a colab with New Balance on the 2002R Mule on the way.

Dressed in a leather and mesh build, the laceless 2002R features a white upper and overlays with grey accenting sparingly placed throughout. The N logo on the quarter panels is seen with a grey border, with New Balance Running branding seen on the top of the forefoot in the same hue. A pop of orange is seen on the New Balance branding seen on the heel, with the white midsole featuring ABZORB cushioning in the heel, which is seen in grey. Lastly, a grey outsole finishes off the sneaker.

The BEAMS x New Balance 2002R Mule is available for pre-order via BEAMS’ channels with an online release date of May 27, 2023.
