Can You Make out the Hidden Branding on This Air Max 97?

The recent enthusiasm for gratuitous branding now sees put the under the scalpel.

Nike’s introduced black nylon and leather to the silhouette, with hits of Transylvanian red giving the Max 97 almost gothic qualities. Logos flood the mid panels, tongue, heel tabs and mud guards; just in case you forget where your allegiances lie.

Expect this Air Max 97 to drop stateside over the next month, as the sneaker’s already been spotted doing the rounds at Japanese retailer  Atmos.
