Closer Look: The Nike Dunk Low ‘Siempre Familia’

The Nike Dunk continues to flex its might all over the sneaker industry in 2021, the legendary 1980s hooper enjoying an eye-watering resurgence of late.

There’s been plenty to sink your teeth (and toes) into this year, industry heavyweights like AMBUSH, UNDERCOVER, and even The League of Legends Pro League diving head-first into the Dunk renaissance.

Now, we’ve got detailed shots of the impressive Nike Dunk Low ‘Siempre Familia’, the mixed-material design scheduled to arrive later this year.

Built in faux lizard skin and black faux snakeskin overlays, the Swoosh and heel panels both aesthetically allude to Latin American artistic motifs that form the central theme. ‘Siempre Familia’ (‘Always Family’ in Spanish) is emblazoned on the insoles while, down below, a translucent outsole adds even more visual hierarchy to the design. On the lateral heel, a yellow lizard completes the Dunk design.

Look for the Nike Dunk Low ‘Siempre Familia’ to release later this year.
