Comme des Garçons and Salomon Introduce Two New Silhouettes for SS22

One may be a Japanese high-fashion house and the other a performance sporting goods brand from France, but Comme des Garçons and Salomon share a love of pushing boundaries and innovating in their respective fields. This combination of similar ideologies and different spaces has resulted in a collaborative relationship that has produced several unique silhouettes, always done up in either black, white or a mix of the two. For SS22, the two are keeping the ball rolling with the introduction of two original styles, one dubbed the SR90 and the other named the SR901E.

Arriving in both white and black, the SR90 supplies a minimal, monochromatic look. It's essentially a classic trail sneaker with a little bit of runway-ready flair. On the other end of the spectrum, the SR901E is much more technical. Pulling inspiration from cross-country skiing, it serves up a two-tone white/black upper with a dotted pattern towards the heel and a slim lace shroud covering the throat. Down below, it utilizes a familiar ACS midsole that Salomon fans will recognize from the popular XT-WINGS 2 ADV. Both pairs are completed with cushy EnergySurge midsole technology and Contagrip rubber outsoles.
