Concepts Are All Rosy over the Birkenstock Boston

Boston meets Boston, again. Boutique retailer have revealed their sixth collaboration with German sandal makers Birkenstock, on the namesake Boston clog. This time, it’s a flowery affair.

Keeping the execution luxurious, the suede upper is deep red, contrasting starkly with the black leather strap and footbed, plus white outsole. Unlike inline Birkenstock footbeds, this premium edition eschews rough suede for a smooth surface. Stamped on the heel is Concepts’ logo in gold, to match the usual Birkenstock branding.

It looks like NBA star, and all-round sneaker king, PJ Tucker is a fan of this upcoming release, donning them ahead of a game. Unisex sizes 35 to 46 EU will be available at Concepts from December 6.
