Converse Cons Match Point

Converse have brought their 1970's Match Point tennis sneaker back under the CONS umbrella, drawing on its tennis heritage to create a woven upper made from tennis ball felt. On the outsole of the otherwise tennis-white sole of the sneaker there appears to be some paint splatters, we're not too sure what this references though, maybe the brown is a nod to the clay courts the Match Point dominated almost forty years ago?
