Dame Time on 10: adidas Unveil the Latest Damian Lillard Signature

Don’t be late! is preparing to release his tenth signature sneaker with , with the unveiling taking place at All-Star Weekend in San Francisco. It’s hard to believe the Milwaukee Bucks guard is on the tenth iteration of his sneaker line with adidas, but it’s here and it's the first of its kind.

This model builds on last year’s adidas and boasts a TPU upper and rhythmic design throughout. The wavy ridges on the lateral and medial sides provide support while Lightstrike foam provides the cushioning setup underfoot. Lightstrike is adidas’ most advanced cushioning and is featured in many performance models; however, the Dame X is the first to feature this technology and retail for less than $100. The inaugural colourway is nicknamed ‘Dame’s Light’, which draws inspiration from his children's favourite colours.

Lillard and adidas hope to bring elite performance at an affordable price with the Dame X, as it is expected to drop in June for just $90. Stay tuned for more information.
