Dime x Vans Party in Paris for the Reanimated Rowley XLT

Clothing brand Dime and Vans Skateboarding are partnering up for a new project called the Reanimation Series, which will resurrect Vans Classics from the archive. The first style up is the fan favourite Rowley XLT, which will debut at the Vans x Dime pop-up event in Paris.

The 2023 iteration will be an exact replica of the original, and when they say exact, they mean exact, complete with 2001 tech and a pure reanimation of the navy colourway at the request of Dime. The design will come with a durable synthetic nubuck upper, EVA midsole, custom stabilising heel clip, and upper padding in all its 2000s glory. While that all remains true to the original, there will still be a new colourway – an exclusive Dime Birch that will be available during the Paris pop-up and online at DimeMTL.com on September 30. The OG navy colourway will become available at Vans Skateboarding locations on October 5.

There's also been a third colourway recently teased on Dime's Instagram, featuring black uppers with a hot pink accent and outsole. There's no official word on when this colourway is expected to land on shelves.

The Paris pop-up will feature a storage container that is a replica of Dime’s Montreal store. It will be open for business on September 29 and September 30, complete with a public launch party on the first night featuring DJs and drinks from 7–11pm. The location is Fluctuart, 2 port du Gros Caillou, 75007 Paris, France. On October 1, the container will then move to another destination, and a mystery skate spot will be revealed.
