and have gone gourmet to put a tongue-torturing twist on the classic .

The obvious design cues have been drawn from Japan's famous sea-foam green, sinus-burning condiment, wasabi. The shoe’s soft pigskin nubuck upper has been accented with pickled ginger pink, to reflect a common accompaniment, while elements of grey mimic the rocky, mountainous region in which the wasabi plant grows.

The finely finished collaboration is all packed up in a special ‘Bento Box’, complete with a set of dual-branded chopsticks and condiment dish.
