Exclusive Patta x Reebok Club C Colab Perpetuates Pan-Africa
After a cheeky teaser a couple of months ago, have finally revealed full details of their latest collaboration with on the classic . Beyond a simple palette flip and custom branding, this Patta-exclusive edition has been devised for a helpful cause.
The Amsterdam-founded brand and store proudly display their heritage with a Pan-African flag replacing the usual Union Jack on the lateral branding window. Concurrently, the Reebok text now reads Patta. What wasn’t shown in the previous teaser is the custom tongue label too, which features the Patta P atop the Reebok Starcrest logo, which has been flipped to black and red, joining with the green text above to further the Pan-African theme. Elsewhere, the garment leather upper, terry lining, and yellowed nylon tongue simply scream vintage Club C flavour.
Unlike many colabs that are limited in quantities, and almost immediately sell out, this sneaker is intended to always be in stock at Patta’s brick-and-mortar locations in Amsterdam, Milan and London. Plus, part of the proceeds from the sale of this colab will go towards The Black Archives, Good Neighbourhood Collective, and Sistah Space, organisations set up in the respective cities to support people with African heritage.
The Patta x Reebok Club C will be available exclusively in-store at their Amsterdam, Milan and London stores from December 5.
