‘Express Yourself’ in HOKA ONE ONE’s New Bondi and Clifton Colourways
are generally regarded as a serious performance running brand, but a growing list of left-field collaborations and now in-house efforts have shown they also know how to let their hair down. They have just released a unisex size run of two of their most popular models – the Bondi and Clifton – that are presented with some unconventional finishing touches.
The photography and material selection of these HOKAs are pretty much a tacit acknowledgement that these runners will see more downtime than track time. After all, a mixture of perforated leather and suede is likely more optimised for casual situations rather than high-impact training sessions. Both are based around a predominately beige and tan base, with the Bondi subtly inserting hits of orange and maroon arranged asymmetrically between left and right feet. Similarly, the Clifton goes for the mismatched look, but introduces even more colours including navy, teal, mustard and yellow. Given HOKA with – the masters of asymmetry – it’s no surprise they’ve borrowed from a few cues here. There’s a ton of tech in both models too, including Meta-Rocker soles and SpeedFrame construction, keeping true to HOKA’s athletic origins.
The new Bondi and Clifton colourways are available now directly from HOKA ONE ONE.
