First Look: The Nike SB Blazer Mid ‘Faded Black’

A heritage hardwood sneaker from the 1970s, the Nike Blazer continues to enamour sneakerheads across the globe, and recent high-profile collaborations with Off-White, Cactus Plant Flea Market, and sacai have only added to the allure of the silhouette.

Now, Nike’s all-conquering SB branch are applying their Midas touch to the Blazer, the ‘Faded Black’ iteration of the Blazer Mid emerging as part of their upcoming ‘Faded’ pack.

Composed in an eye-catching mix of black, ‘Light Dew’, and ‘Coconut Milk’, the Blazer Mid ‘Faded Black’ brings some old school rock and roll to the baller silhouette, the vintage look emphasised by hairy fabric and slight light blue contrasting accents.

Of course featuring the classic vintage-style midsole, the ‘Faded Black’ rendition highlights the old-school vibes by opting for a yellowed, weathered look.

Scheduled to release over the coming weeks, the Nike SB Blazer Mid ‘Faded Black’ will retail for $110.
