First Look: Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 ‘Cave Stone’

H-Town rapper and insatiable collaborator Travis Scott continues to rage in the sneaker industry in 2021, the 30-year-old tearing his way through Nike’s vast catalogue.

Hot on the heels of his ménage à trois with Fragment Design for the Air Jordan 1, La Flame is turning his attention to the indomitable Air Max 1, the Internet already leaking multiple angles of the Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 ‘Wheat’ and ‘Baroque Brown’.

We now have our first look at the Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 ‘Cave Stone’, the cooler colourway again extending the ACG-like vernacular of the previous colourway leaks. In terms of construction, the AM1’s titular hue hits the quarter panel and the forefoot, while charcoal heats the heels and mudguards. Of course, Scott’s signature reverse Swoosh is emblazoned on the lateral sides.
