First Look: Zion Williamson’s Jordan Z Code

Meteoric Jordan Brand talent Zion Williamson continues to drop jaws on the NBA’s hardwood, the 20-year-old prodigy currently having a historic season for the New Orleans Pelicans.

It was only a matter of time until Planet Zion unveiled his maiden signature silhouette with the Jordan Brand, the so-called ‘Z-Code’ expected to arrive this year.

Leaked by Instagram account spicychickenwings, the silhouette features Zion’s logo on the tongue, plus multi-coloured eyelets. There’s also a seemingly retro 1990s palette featured on the collar. Let’s hope the silhouette is able to contain Zion, as we all have memories of the superstar busting through his Nike’s at Duke.

Since debuting in the NBA, Zion has been playing in the Air Jordan 34, the popular hardwood silhouette even seen in numerous PEs for the utility forward.

The Jordan Brand now have an impressive roster of NBA youngsters, the coveted label recently signing Zion, Luka Dončić, Jayson Tatum and Bam Adebayo.

Look for Zion Williamson’s Jordan Z Code to release sometime later this year in a range of colourways. The retail price will reportedly be $130.
