Footpatrol Partners With Mizuno for ‘Post Match’ Collection

Footpatrol are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year and have run a swathe of special events and collaborations with all their closest partners. Next up, they’ve partnered with Mizuno for the second time in 2022 to focus on their favourite sport – football! A perfectly timed collaboration, given the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

This collaboration, dubbed ‘Post Match’, focuses on the question ‘did you see the game last night?’ – something often heard across the UK on a Monday morning. The spotlighted sneaker is their recreation of the 95 Mizuno Contender, which has been decked out in a muted ‘Irongate’ colourway, bolstered with nubuck uppers and a premium football boot leather toe box. Pops of colour come through on the accents, with both Footpatrol and Mizuno making their mark on the tongue. Sitting alongside the 95 Contender is a specialised football jersey, which takes inspiration from the early-2000s Fiorentina kit.
