When it comes to sneaker collaborations, Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design is on the S-Tier list. Coming off a customisable Converse Chuck 70 By You colab, the two are back at it, this time on the Converse Weapon.

The Converse Weapon was made famous during the 80s thanks to the likes of Magic Johnson and Larry Bird, the two biggest names in the NBA at the time. Fujiwara brings that iconic white/black/blue colourway to the Weapon, similarly seen on the fragment design x Air Jordan 1 High OG.

The all-leather construction features a white base with black leather on the toecap and Y-Bar, blue leather on the ankle collar and the Chevron logo on the quarter panels. Converse Weapon branding is seen on the tongue tag with the fragment design logo debossed on the lateral side of the heel. Co-branding is seen on the insole, with a slightly aged cream midsole and a black outsole finishing off the sneaker.

The fragment design x Converse Weapon is set to drop on May 11, 2023, via Converse’s channels and at select retailers for $140.

In other Converse news, Converse CONS team rider Alexis Sablone got her own signature sneaker in the Converse AS-1.
