Fragment X Nike Air Trainer 1 French Open Collection
UPDATE: It's pretty rare to get a second chance at a Grand Slam, but Taiwan's are giving us just that with a restock of both the French Open and Collections – just in time for the to kick off! Head on over to for more details.
UPDATE: It really is 'about the details' with this upcoming Fragment x Nike Air Trainer 1. Stayed tuned for updated flicks of the correlating pair, but also keep your eyes glued for these red joints hitting spots like Foot Patrol in the coming hours.
UPDATE: Looks like there's more to this collection than just the initial version we saw below. Continuing the French Open's clay court theme, this colourway sparingly applies the orange clay colour only to the branding on the upper, while earthy toned suede overlay clean, classic tennis white leather. This will also be releasing today, so don't miss out!
From McEnroe to Agassi, the Air Trainer 1's tennis heritage has been cemented in the history of the sport by some of the most legendary players of all time. Nike is celebrating the cross-trainer's affinity with tennis with a new collaboration with Fragment Design under their NikeCourt umbrella, a mid-cut leather version in a monotone colourway referencing the French Open's classic clay court. The Fragment branding is kept to a minimum, with the Lightning Bolt logo only gracing the insole of the trainer. The sneaker will be available exclusively at NikeLab's P75 Paris location today, with a wider release following in the not-too-distant future across other NikeLab accounts and NDC. As always, this Fragment co-signed NikeLab release will be hugely sought after so if you have a Parisian connect you better get in touch ASAP!
