Hiroshi Fujiwara's has been closely aligned to Nike for over five years now, intertwined by Hiroshi's involvement in the Nike HTM program, and the result has been some of the most sought after Nike product to ever come from the Portland sportswear company in recent years. Spearheaded by the highly successful Fragment x Jordan Brand AJ1 from the end of last year, in the last seasons the partnership has really blossomed with the re-introduction of the Sock Dart and the remixed Roshe LD-1000, all sporting that iconic lightning bolt logo. But through everything, Hiroshi love for Nike Tennis' archive of silhouettes still continues strong, even if his focus has turned to the '90s catalog rather than his favoured earlier models. Off the back of the first Fragment x Nike pack, the duo follow up with this new Wimbledon collection that follows the same design cues as the earlier release, but swaps the red clay colours for the lush green from the grass courts of Wimbledon. The two sneakers will be released on the 2nd of July at NikeLab accounts in Western Europe to coincide with the Grand Slam, expect a global NikeLab roll out to follow shortly after.
