Human Recreational Services Introduce the Wilshire

Young LA-based brand Human Recreational Services (HRS) have slowly toiled away, building their presence within the footwear world. This is the Italian-made Wilshire Court, dressed in virginal white tumbled leather with a red kick in the laces.

Matched to the quality upper is midsoles from Margom, also based out of Italy. Lining the inside and insoles is tan calfskin: one of the supplest leathers available.

If you can recognise some inspiration from iconic styles, you’re right – Dennis Martin and Erik Ellington are behind HRS, both of whom cut their teeth during skate brand Supra’s prime.
