The Jeremy Scott adidas Forum DIP Collection is Sweeter Than Candy
and are back, baby! Reigniting their powerhouse partnership earlier this year, ‘The People’s Designer’ is once again bringing his provocative palette to a Three Stripes vault classic, reimagining the in a trio of super sweet colourways.
The model has rightfully had its moment in the sun this year, particularly with the rerelease of the dollar bill-embroidered ‘Wings’ edition. Taking a break from splashing cash, the playful designer has now taken the Forum to ‘the paint’ this time – quite literally. Inspired by the wild aesthetics of early 2000s fashion, the faux wax-dipped kicks look good enough to eat, with their glazed exterior being reminiscent of your favourite hard candy.
Coated in pink, green and blue semi-translucent, monochromatic overlays that drip down towards the midsole, they're also emblazoned with a throwback signature hook-and-loop binding system. When it comes to finishing touches, Scott's face has been imprinted on the tongue – a fitting homage to over a dozen years of his unabashed adi collaborations.
