Once again, the mood board mavericks at have been busy. Hot off the back of leaking what appears to be a , Justin Saunders’ brand have taken to Instagram to tease their upcoming colab with . And as autumn starts to set in on the Northern Hemisphere, JJJJound aren’t sparing the details, as the resulting pairs are fully equipped with .
Known for subtly elevating staple styles, the Montreal-based design studio have applied their usual less-is-more finish for this upcoming colab. Working atop Timberland’s Classic 6-inch boot, JJJJound have swapped out the style’s usual nubuck uppers for smooth leather variations, trading the typical matte black and tan shades for a glossy black and rich mahogany. To protect and proof the artisanal-inspired uppers, the pairs have been given the full GORE-TEX sign-off, as well as the manufacturer’s tag of honour stitched at the spine. As expected, branding details are kept minimal with debossed JJJJound and Timberland logos hitting the later ankles.
