John Elliott x Nike Blazer Mid Rebel to Drop in Four Styles
Spring/Summer 2019 collection recently debuted at New York Fashion Week, unveiling the designer’s latest collaborative effort with Nike: a unique Blazer Mid Rebel. The shoe’s angled and asymmetrical lacing, exposed foam tongue, and zippers on the medial sides highlight the design, with an updated white midsole bringing a familiar feel.
The suede upper boasts oversized Swooshes — one in black and the other in white — on the side panels, while further branding hits the ankle via a Nike tag. Last but not least, removable Nike pins have been included to pay homage to the EKIN crew, who inspired the deconstructed aesthetic of the colab.
