Kith x ASICS GEL-Lyte V Collaboration Lands This Week

An official release date has landed for the upcoming Kith x ASICS GEL-Lyte V collaboration.

Unveiled by Ronnie Fieg himself just under a week ago, the Kith mastermind took to Instagram to share ultra crisp shots of the latest duo of pairs – the ‘Salmon Toe’ and ‘Leather Back’.

No stranger to a momentous occasion, the 'Salmon Toe' first released to celebrate the opening of the then new Kith boutique in 2011. They're now set to be the life of the party once again – alongside their darker hued counterpart – this time with the occasion looking to celebrate a huge milestone: the store's 10th anniversary. The pairs have also undergone a metamorphosis and are arriving as GEL-Lyte Vs, as opposed to the original GEL-Lyte IIIs.

Announcing the special giveaway for those who own OG pairs, Fieg's Instagram post rewinded back to the grand opening of Kith’s first store in Brooklyn. He recalled, 'People lined up for the Salmon Toe GL3. I wanted to share the moment with them. Fast forward to today, I want to give something special to people who currently own the Salmon Toe, Salmon Toe 2.0 and/or Leather Back GL3’s.'

Look for Ronnie Fieg's latest collaboration with ASICS to land this Black Friday on November 26 via both Kith's online and IRL stores.
