The Kolam x adidas Campus Is a Culinary Collaboration

It’s no secret that food and sneakers go hand-in-hand. Certain meals and foodstuffs have famously been the inspiration behind some of the industry’s most revered and sought-after product. When combined harmoniously, the most delicious products may be created.

Those who relish both food and sneakers have carved out their own segment and community, manifesting epic cafes and eateries across the world, including the likes of Paperboy Paris and Kith Treats, just to name a few. Another eatery that has experienced its own trajectory in recent years is Kolam Paris, who have built their own community with strong ties to fashion and sneakers. Rising in popularity, the authentic Sri Lankan eatery has also had successful pop-ups and link-ups with brands like Dover Street Market and Paperboy. And after securing their very own home in Paris, they’ve got even more in the works – including their very own adidas collaboration.

Using the adidas Campus, the collaboration comes as part of the Three Stripes’ ‘adilicious’ series, which celebrates unique dining institutions around the world (a foodie-inspired City Series, if you will). Featuring a cream leather base, textured batik details cover the Three Stripes with mismatched yellow and green outer stitching. Kolam is marked in both English and Sinhala, and the collaboration is completed with specialised packaging.
