Levi’s and New Balance Deliver a Denim 992

Levi’s are continuing their fruitful partnership with  New Balance to deliver a tonal 992 that taps into NB’s long affiliation with the colour grey. The upper reps multiple shades of grey, while the midsole adds two more hues into the mix. Peeking out from the edge of the ‘N’ logo on the lateral side of each shoe you’ll spot the major colour contrast: the signature red Levi’s tag.

Denim has long been a popular adornment on sneakers, with Levi’s and other purveyors of the omnipresent textile often teaming up with sportswear companies to produce genuine heat for your feet. News broke just last month of an NB327 that was dressed in denim. And, earlier this year, Levi’s combined forces with New Balance to deliver a colourful  rendition of the NB1300. Exact release details for the Levi’s x New Balance 992 are hush hush at the moment, but pairs are expected to land within the next month or so.
