Skate and Scrimmage: Limosine Skateboards Tackle the Nike SB Dunk Low

New York City’s Limosine Skateboards is dropping in on the sneaker scene with their very first collaboration: the ‘Football’. Reimagining the classic SB Dunk silhouette through the lens of American football, the design features brown pebbled leather uppers that mimic the texture of a pigskin, crisp white laces styled like football stitching, and a black mesh lining for contrast and comfort.
Limosine have also infused several personal elements into the design that showcase their unique identity. Most notably, the left heel tab features ‘LIMO’ instead of the traditional ‘NIKE’ branding. The medial side of the right shoe displays the word ‘PAYMASTER’ in a homage to Limosine's inaugural skate video released in 2021. Additionally, the left shoe's medial heel showcases the brand's Paymaster character in black, adding a signature touch to the collaboration .
Founded by pro skaters Cyrus Bennett, Max Palmer, and Aaron Loreth, Limosine Skateboards launched in 2021 with a sharp sense of style and a DIY spirit. Known for blending gritty NYC energy with offbeat humour and experimental editing, the crew quickly carved out a cult following through standout skate edits like Paymaster and I Just Took A Bite of Dirt.
While the release date is anticipated for June 19, 2025, official confirmation from Nike or Limosine is pending.
