Who’d have thought that would go on to become one of most frequent ? Hot off the back of showcasing his F50 boot and announcing a three-way colab, the GOAT continues to roll out a gaggle of drops, including this latest purple number.

Mimicking the hues of Argentina’s purple kit, which was first introduced in 2022, the latest Messi x adidas Gazelle follows suit from previous drops with a soft suede upper and leather Stripes and heel tabs. Given its already-bright colour palette, contrast is added via pops of lucid neon green that provides the pair with a slightly Joker-esque connotation – fitting as they’re available pre-Halloween. Returning to the collaboration’s focus, Messi’s Gazelle comes peppered with the football star’s branding hits, including a gold-foiled ‘Messi’ wordmark on the sidewall and a ‘M’ logo on the heel tab.
