Marvel and adidas Celebrate 'Spider-Man 2' With Ultra 4D

The 'Spider-Man 2' game for Playstation 5 is due out on October 20, and adidas and Marvel are celebrating by giving fans a collection of apparel and sneakers inspired by Peter Parker’s suit. The model ready to get your Spidey-Senses tingling first is the adidas Ultra 4D, with the UltraBOOST J and ADIZERO 12.0 football cleat set to follow. The collection includes sweatshirts, compression tights and other clothing items that are designed to appeal to both gamers and athletes.

The Ultra 4D follows the signature red and blue colour scheme, with Venom’s inky black coming in on the 3D-printed midsoles and upper detailing. The construction of the webbed midsole nods to the way Venom’s symbiote transfers hosts, with the black accents stretching up through the upper as if slowly taking over Spiderman. The majority of the upper is made with red PRIMEKNIT, with the blue only coming in on the toe accent. Spider-Man logos appear on the tongue and insole.
