Matthew M Williams Previews His Nike Zoom MMW 4 Collaboration

As the dust settles on the mind-blowing , ALYX designer has given us a detailed in-hand look at his upcoming Zoom MMW 4 collaboration.

Arguably the most intriguing of the 2020 reveals, Williams’ latest creation takes on a progressive aesthetic with a blocky, almost brutalist, vibe. The Zoom sole is the focal point, adopting a distinctive construction with hefty tread on the heel. Overall, it’s slim in profile, but protruding elements and angular details ram home Williams’ daring design ethos.

The upper appears to be a breathable FlyKnit, with overlaid panels in metallic silver, and subtle black contrasting elements and branding.

Expect a release mid-year. Official date TBC.
