Update February 19, 2024: Official images of Megan Thee Stallion’s Nike Air Max 97 ‘Something For Thee Hotties’ By You are here. The elements of fire and ice inspire the silhouette and come with the artist’s favourite ‘shoewelry’ piece, which is a set of silver earrings pierced onto the upper and tongue. Construction-wise, the pair’s upper is made of premium leather with a glitter design along the lateral. The translucent outsole with a ‘hottie’ graphic rounds off the style.

Update February 13, 2024: We finally have an official look at Megan Thee Stallion x Nike's 'Hot Girl Systems' collection. The range is filled with sportswear such as sports bras, bike shorts, jackets, tees and onesies. In terms of the colour scheme, shades of white, black, and red dominate the silhouettes.

Initially featuring in the first tease of the collection, Stallion's purple/pink iteration of the Air Max 97 doesn't appear in the promotions yet, but a black and green colourway gets a small cameo in the Instagram Reel posted by Megan.

Priced from $40 to $200, this range will drop first via Megan Thee Stallion's website on February 15 and then through a wider release on Nike's website and in physical stores on February 20.

2023 may have been a great year for women in sneakers, but somehow 2024 is already shaping up to be even better. After joining the Swoosh as an ambassador in 2021, Megan Thee Stallion has taken to the ‘Gram to confirm that a collaborative capsule collection is on the way.

Bringing in the New Year with a first look at the capsule, Megan simply captioned the post ‘Stay tuned for the drop, Hotties. #NikeByYou. Year of the Stallion'. In the photos themselves, Megan showed off a bedazzled purple sports bra and leggings, as well as a pair of Air Max 97s that boasted the word ‘Hottie’ on the outsole. While the full collection remains under wraps for now, it's expected to include a number of staple styles, including bodysuits, jackets, bras and shorts, each spanning a diverse size range.
