The Naked x Maha x adidas Samba MN Celebrates Chosen Family

and Maha are two female-led sneaker boutiques that have been flying the flag for women since their inception, and now they’re set to come together to drop a major group project. The two stores, based out of Copenhagen and Amsterdam, have linked up with Team Trefoil for a three-way take on the that celebrates the concepts of chosen family and unity, with a heartwarming campaign to match.

The concept centres around the historical role of women as the glue that holds families together – typically nurturing familial bonds and fostering unity across generations – and so the campaign features the stores’ founders and past and present team members photographed alongside their family and friends. As far as the shoe’s execution goes, there are plenty of special, subtle details that allude to concepts including these fostered bonds, like the embroidered knot on the toe and the detachable leather knots and laces. In addition, co-branded insoles unite the three brands’ logos.

In line with the campaign’s theme, the Naked x Maha x adidas Samba MN will be available in a full family sizing. Pairs will be available to buy from Maha and Naked from December 13.
