New Balance Introduce Two New Takes on the Classic Grey 997

The all-grey look had been quintessentially from the very beginning and, this September, NB are celebrating the classic aesthetic with two special takes on the .

First seen at a , the release includes both the original 997 and its contemporary counterpart, the . While the 997 puts the shoe's American-made status front and centre, the 997S replicates the original look, but with the sporty S's modern build and ENCAP Reveal tooling.

Both Made in USA pairs – pigskin suede, basketball leather, and all – are due out on September 5.
