The New Balance MiUK Allderdale Hits its Stride in 'Brown Suede'

Boston-based brand are putting their stamp on the growing grandad-core trend. Having already combined the 1906R with a loafer for the 1906L (and rolled out the Y2K-inspired 8040) the retro-runner's Made in UK division is now reworking the with an premium upgrade. If you're thinking the title sounds familiar, that's because it’s named after the Cumbrian village, where the label’s factories have operated since 1982.

Trading the original brown leather for plush pigskin suede, the Flimby-designed model maintains its hiking-inspired cup-sole and Ortholite insole for comfort and adaptability. The walker sticks with the black contrast sole, while tan leather interior rounds things out with added depth.
